All good things are wild….and not so free

Hello everyone,

And here I am back for my second blog post. And today I wanted to share with you one of this season trends – animal prints! RAHHHH….

I remember few years ago I really hated all the leopard, snake or any other animal print clothes. I thought it looks cheap and tacky. But last year I realized that animal prints can be pretty cool! Of course if u not going to wear it from head to toe, that would make you look crazy and you really don’t want to look like you just escaped from the zoo.

So to make animal prints looks nice and trendy I would advise to keep it simple. For example if u got leopard print top wear it with black trousers or red ones if u want to stand out from the crowd but try not to mix any more prints or too many colours in your outfit.  I like when some details in the outfit match with the same print like: shoes, belt, scarf, clutch, watch, sunglasses or any other accessories… but not all at the same time. If I wear something what’s match on my outfit I need to make sure they are not too close to each other because I don’t want them to disappear in all the “wilderness” .  And what I mean is an animal print belt it’s not gonna stand out on the same print trousers, or scarf will not gonna look nice on the same print top and etc.  So keep it distance and make your beauties pop!

Stay wild and stylish,
xoxo
Monique

  1. I didn't like animal prints not so long ago as well, but now i do have couple of little items too. I suppose animal prints are not for everyone, you definitely should feel wild and adventurous to pull off some serious snake or cheetah print trousers. But a little item like a scarf or shades can be classy and fun. And I do believe that different animal prints can express different moods or personalities. For example, guys love girls with cheetah or tiger prints, because they believe the one who wears it is hot, wild and passionate. On the other hand if you rather choose to wear a zebra or giraffe print it would look more peaceful and loving. However all of the animal prints smells of adventure and freedom, it doesn't matter who you are a cougar hunting for a catch or a little happy and fragile antelope. Enjoy it but love the nature too. Don't use real leather or fur...Peace!
